Most of us are likely under Stay-At-Home orders, except for essentials, like groceries, but if we can reduce the number of visits to the store, we're reducing our exposure, and our neighbors' exposure to Corona virus, too. Yes, I start my day with a smoothie that has over 20 grams of protein and I'm not hungry at all until noon. It has helped me stay at a great weight and I love eating such a quick and easy meal.
We're doing what I like to call the hundred foot diet, where we're eating, at least once a day, ingredients found within a 100 foot radius of our home. That includes things like eggs, kale, and nettles. How about you?
